Objective To investigate the effect of nursing on patients with cardiac dysfunction in dilated cardiomyopathy receiving pacing therapy. Methods A total of 30 patients with cardiac dysfunction with dilated cardiomyopathy who received pacing therapy in our hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects. They were divided into a reference group (15 cases) and a study group (15 cases) by computer randomized method. The indexes of heart function, health knowledge mastery and satisfaction, mental state and quality of life were compared. Results After nursing, the cardiac function index of the study group was higher than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The health knowledge mastery and satisfaction of patients in the study group were higher than those in the reference group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). After nursing, the mental state of the study group was lower than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group, and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion When nursing patients with dilated cardiomyopathy with cardiac insufficiency receiving pacing therapy, vigorous application of comprehensive nursing can significantly improve the cardiac function of patients, maintain the therapeutic effect of patients, improve the mastery of health knowledge of patients, restore the normal life of patients, improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients, and have great clinical promotion value.
