米非司酮联合米索前列醇结合整体护理对稽留流产的影响

摘要	探讨米非司酮联合米索前列醇结合整体护理对稽留流产的影响。方法选择2019年1月至2021年1月在本院确诊稽留流产的40例妇女，将其分为两组，分别实施常规护理和整体护理，两组均采用米非司酮联合米索前列醇进行药物流产治疗。观察并分析两组稽留流产情况。结果两组清宫成功率比较无明显差异，（P>0.05）；观察组阴道流血量、不良反应率均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论米非司酮联合米索前列醇结合整体护理在稽留流产的治疗中有显著效果，是一种安全、可行的方法。
Abstract	Objective To explore the effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol combined with holistic nursing on missed abortion. Methods 40 women with missed abortion diagnosed in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into two groups, which were given routine nursing and holistic nursing respectively. Both groups were given mifepristone combined with misoprostol for medical abortion treatment. The situation of missed abortion was observed and analyzed. Results there was no significant difference in the success rate of curettage between the two groups (P > 0.05); the amount of vaginal bleeding and adverse reaction rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Mifepristone Combined with misoprostol combined with holistic nursing has significant effect in the treatment of missed abortion, which is a safe and feasible method
