Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation care in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction and acute left heart failure. Methods 82 elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction and acute left heart failure admitted to our hospital from October 2022 to April 2024 were selected as the study object and divided into two groups: control group and experimental group. 41 cases were included in the routine rehabilitation nursing intervention; 41 patients were included in the experimental group and the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention was received. Comparison measures: CQQC quality of life score, anxiety and depression score, and patient satisfaction with care. Result After intervention, compared between groups, the observation group had higher CQQC scores and nursing satisfaction, and lower anxiety and depression scores (P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction and acute left heart failure can significantly improve the quality of life of patients, relieve their depression, anxiety and other negative emotions, and enhance nursing satisfaction.
