Objective To explore the effect of postpartum comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on postpartum pelvic floor muscle strength and sexual function. Methods taking 100 pregnant women in our hospital from Feb 2021 to Jan 2022 as the research object, they were randomly divided into 50 cases in the study group and 50 cases in the reference group. The pregnant women in the reference group took routine nursing and the study group took postpartum comprehensive rehabilitation nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results after comparative analysis, there was no significant difference in pelvic floor muscle strength and sexual function between the study group and the reference group before nursing. After nursing, the pelvic floor muscle strength and sexual function of pregnant women in the study group were significantly better than those in the reference group, and the nursing satisfaction rate of pregnant women in the study group was higher than that in the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion the effect of postpartum comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for pregnant women is significant, which can effectively improve the postpartum pelvic floor muscle strength and sexual function, and improve the nursing satisfaction of pregnant women. It is worthy of great promotion in clinical practice.
