| 摘要 |
探讨并分析脑卒中偏瘫患者中康复护理的应用效果。方法 于2021年1月到2022年12月期间，在我院选取100例脑卒中偏瘫患者，作为本次研究对象，并采取计算机表法，将其分为对照组（n=50）和研究组（n=50），对照组采取常规护理，研究组采取康复护理，对比两组护理效果。结果 护理后，与对照组相比，研究组上肢、下肢的运动功能评分及日常生活活动能力评分、生活质量评分均较高，组间比较存在差异（P＜0.05）。结论 对脑卒中偏瘫患者实施康复护理，可有效改善患者的肢体运动功能，促使其日常生活活动能力和生活质量提升，其借鉴和推广价值较高。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of rehabilitation nursing in stroke patients with hemiplegia. Method From January 2021 to December 2022, 100 stroke hemiplegic patients were selected as the study subjects in our hospital. They were divided into a control group (n = 50) and a study group (n = 50) using computer table method. The control group received routine care, while the study group received rehabilitation care. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Result After nursing, compared with the control group, the study group had higher motor function scores, daily living activity scores, and quality of life scores in the upper and lower limbs, and there were differences between the groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Implementing rehabilitation nursing for stroke hemiplegic patients can effectively improve their limb motor function, promote their daily life activities and quality of life, and has high reference and promotion value.
