Objective To analyze and evaluate the application effect and influence significance of PDCA circulation management mode in the psychological nursing of patients with atrial fibrillation. Methods The experiment was included in the number of patients with atrial fibrillation and 70 cases. The study period was between November 2022 and November 2023, using the numerical numbering method, and each group (n = 35). The single group adopted: routine nursing service; on the above basis, psychological nursing services under the cycle management mode of PDCA were provided. Then, the relevant data was collected and collated, evaluated and compared. The specific scope of comparison involves: bad mood score, quality of life score, nursing satisfaction and clinical efficacy. Results After statistical evaluation, it can be seen that the same types of patients and different intervention effects showed different patients in the value of each index (P < 0.05). Conclusion In this experiment, focusing on PDCA cycle management mode in the influence of psychological care in patients with atrial fibrillation value analysis, the purpose is to seek a more practical and effective intervention strategy, in the service of patients with atrial fibrillation, outcome, the application of the nursing management mode, can effectively improve patients with bad emotional state, make it in the face of the disease, also can greatly enhance the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients, improve nursing satisfaction, its application value excellence, promote far-reaching significance.
