Objective To adopt standardized health education and nursing methods to study diabetes. Methods A total of 200 diabetic patients treated in our hospital (from June 2023 to December 2023) were selected as examples. Due to different nursing methods, a group study was required, including 100 cases of routine health education (control group) and 100 cases of standardized health education (observation group). The blood glucose indexes of the two groups of patients were analyzed. Results Fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin indexes in observation group were lower than those in control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion The application of standardized health education in patients with diabetes can be seen that the blood sugar level has been significantly reduced, the body indicators have gradually returned to normal state, and then relieve their anxiety, improve the cooperation of patients, shorten the recovery time of the disease, so it is worth promoting and can be applied in clinical practice for a long time.
