饮食护理在小儿腹泻中的临床应用价值分析

| 摘要 |
分析小儿腹泻患儿行饮食护理效果。方法 98例小儿腹泻患儿取自2022年2月-2023年2月期间，以随机数字表法分成参考组和实验组，其中参考组行常规护理，实验组在上述基础上采取饮食护理干预，每组49例。对比两组护理效果。结果 护理有效率对比显示，实验组显高于参考组（P＜0.05）。症状缓解时间对比显示，实验组显低于参考组（P＜0.05）。家长护理满意度对比显示，实验组显高于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 小儿腹泻患儿行饮食护理可提升护理效果，有助于缓解其相关症状，提升家长的护理满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of dietary care on children with diarrhea. Methods 98 pediatric children with diarrhea were selected from February 2022 to February 2023 and randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group using a random number table method. The reference group received routine care, while the experimental group received dietary care intervention based on the above, with 49 cases in each group. Compare the nursing effects between two groups. Results The comparison of nursing effectiveness showed that the experimental group was significantly higher than the reference group (P<0.05). The comparison of symptom relief time showed that the experimental group was significantly lower than the reference group (P<0.05). The comparison of parental nursing satisfaction showed that the experimental group was significantly higher than the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion Dietary care for children with diarrhea can improve nursing effectiveness, help alleviate related symptoms, and enhance parental satisfaction with nursing.
