Objective To discuss the risk and countermeasures of ring placement in gynecological family planning. Methods A total of 68 patients who underwent ring placement surgery in the hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected and randomly assigned to the control group (receiving routine basic management) and the observation group (receiving routine basic care + risk management). The incidence of adverse events in the two groups was compared with the degree of satisfaction of the two groups of patients with surgery, and the changes in the psychological state scores of the two groups of patients before and after nursing were compared. Results The overall incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the overall patient satisfaction with surgery was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). There was no statistical significance (P>0.05). After nursing, the overall psychological state-related data information of patients in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In gynecological family planning, it is necessary to optimize the operation process and do a good job in all aspects of nursing work, so as to improve the patients psychological state, reduce the risk of surgery, and provide patients with more satisfactory nursing services.
