实习护生对住院患者隐私保护认知现状的调查分析

摘要	了解实习护生对住院患者隐私保护相关知识的认知现状，为其下一步制定和开展相应的隐私保护相关培训提供参考。方法采用自行设计的隐私保护认知的调查问卷，对180名在院临床实习的护生进行调查。结果 96.11%对隐私部位认知度较高；而其他如姓名、出生年月、联系电话等隐私信息认知水平为41.67%-62.22%；侵犯隐私途径如住院病历、护理配合等方面的认知水平为41.11%-65.00%；对相关法律条例如《护士条例》及《患者权利法》了解率分别为77.22%、67.78%。同时，58.33%认为保护患者隐私重要、95.00%对隐私保护培训有需求。结论实习护生对住院患者隐私保护相关知识的认知存在不足，对其开展针对性的隐私保护相关培训势在必行，以提升临床护理质量及住院患者就医体验。
Abstract	Objective: To understand the cognitive status of trainee nursing students related knowledge of inpatient privacy protection, and to provide reference for them to formulate and carry out corresponding privacy protection related training in the next step. Methods A self-designed questionnaire surveyed 180 nursing students in clinical practice. Results 96.11% had high awareness of private parts; other private information such as name, month of birth, and contact number were 41.67% -62.22%; invasion of privacy was 41.11% -65.00%; knowledge of nurse regulations and patient rights law were 77.22% and 67.78% respectively. At the same time, 58.33% believed that protecting patient privacy is important and 95.00% needed privacy protection training. Conclusion Nursing students lack the knowledge of inpatient privacy protection, and it is imperative to carry out targeted privacy protection training to improve the quality of clinical care and inpatient medical experience.
