| 摘要 |
分析品管圈在降低乳腺癌化疗后恶心呕吐的效果。方法 收集我院在2023年1月至2023年12月收治的80例乳腺癌化疗患者进行研究，通过开展品管圈活动，以降低乳腺癌化疗后恶心呕吐为主题，分析我科化疗患者的现状，设定目标，拟定对策，并持续改进。结果 通过开展品管圈活动，乳腺癌化疗患者的恶心呕吐发生率由原来的35%下降到22.5%，患者生活质量得到提升，统计学差异存在，p<0.05。结论 对乳腺癌化疗后恶心呕吐患者提供品管圈管理，可以降低患者发生恶心、呕吐的机率，提高患者的生活质量，值得提倡。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of quality circle in reducing nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy for breast cancer. Methods Collect 80 cases of breast cancer chemotherapy patients admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 for study. Through the quality control circle activity, with the theme of reducing malignant vomiting after chemotherapy, the current situation of chemotherapy patients in our department was analyzed, set goals, analyzed, formulate countermeasures, and continuously improved. Results After the exercise, the incidence of nausea and vomiting in breast cancer chemotherapy patients decreased from 35% to 22.50%, and the quality of life of the patients was improved. The statistical difference existed, p <0.05. Conclusion Providing quality tube ring management for patients with nausea and vomiting after breast chemotherapy can reduce the probability of nausea and vomiting and improve the quality of life of patients, which is worth advocating.
