止痛消炎膏联合走罐疗法治疗斑块型银屑病的临床护理观察

摘要
以提高斑块型银屑病临床疗效为研究目标,在临床中实施止痛消炎膏联合走罐疗法,明确其对斑块型银屑病患者的影响。方法 以2023年1月-12月时间段中于院内接受诊疗的斑块型银屑病患者为分析对象,共计95例,对各个患者进行编号后采取随机抽取法设置成对照组(49例)、观察组(46例),分别以走罐疗法、止痛消炎膏联合走罐疗法实施两组干预,对干预情况进行分析。结果 炎症反应方面,两组相比,观察组各项值更低(P<0.05)。病情评估情况方面,两组相比,观察组各项值更低(P<0.05)。结论 在临床中实施止痛消炎膏联合走罐疗法,有利于减轻斑块型银屑病患者炎症反应,改善病情,这对提高斑块型银屑病治疗水平有着重要意义。
Abstract
Objective To improve the clinical effect of plaque psoriasis as the research goal, in the clinical implementation of analgesic anti-inflammatory cream combined with cupping therapy, to clarify its impact on plaque psoriasis patients. Methods A total of 95 patients with plaque psoriasis who received diagnosis and treatment in hospital during the period of 2023.01 to 12 were selected as the analysis objects. Each patient was numbered and randomly selected to be divided into control group (49 cases) and observation group (46 cases). Two groups of intervention were performed with cupping therapy and analgesic anti-inflammatory cream combined with cupping therapy, respectively, and the intervention situation was analyzed. Results Compared with the two groups, the values of inflammation in the observation group were lower (P<0.05). In terms of disease assessment, the values of the observation group were lower than those of the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical application of analgesic and anti-inflammatory ointment combined with cupping therapy is beneficial to reduce the inflammatory response of patients with plaque psoriasis and improve their condition, which has important significance for improving the treatment level of plaque psoriasis.
