摘要
随着社会的飞速进步和技术的不断更新,人才需求的多样化与复杂化对传统的教育模式提出了严峻的挑战。特别是在新工科领域,仅仅依赖传统的、单一化的专业教育模式已经无法满足市场对于具备实际操作能力和解决问题能力人才的需求。因此,劳动教育作为一种能够培养学生实践技能和解决问题能力的教育形式,其重要性日益凸显。本研究以无锡城市职业技术学院的工镰智慧农场建设为典型案例,深入分析了在新工科背景下,专业教育与劳动教育如何有效结合,以提升学生的综合素质和职场竞争力。通过实践探索,我们旨在找到一条能够融合两者优势的路径,培养出更多具备创新精神和实际操作能力的新工科人才,以更好地满足社会的需求。
Abstract
With the rapid progress of society and continuous technological updates, the diversification and complexity of talent demand pose severe challenges to traditional educational models. Particularly in emerging engineering fields, relying solely on traditional, standardized professional education models is no longer sufficient to meet the market demand for talent with practical skills and problem-solving abilities. Therefore, vocational education, as a form of education that can cultivate students practical skills and problem-solving abilities, is becoming increasingly important. This study takes the construction of the Gongjian Smart Farm at Wuxi Urban Vocational College as a typical case, and deeply analyzes how professional education and vocational education can be effectively combined in the context of emerging engineering disciplines to enhance students comprehensive qualities and competitiveness in the workplace. Through practical exploration, we aim to find a path that can integrate the advantages of both, cultivate more emerging engineering talents with innovative spirit and practical skills, and better meet the needs of society.
