缅北中文教育本土化策略研究

摘要
随着国际中文教育不断发展,中文教育本土化呈现强劲上升趋势。缅北与我国山水相连,当地中文教育起步早、需求大,且已有研究表明汉语教学的可持续发展离不开教师、教材、制度等多维本土化。本研究旨在探讨促进缅北中文教育本土化行之有效的策略。主要采用定性的方法对观察结果加以分析,本研究实地观察了缅北果文文教会制度、20所华校建制及该20所学校的566名教师,其中包含5所大规模华校、10所中小规模华校以及5家补习班。结果表明,目前缅北华校教师、教材、制度等方面均有较大提升空间。最后提出教师队伍建设、教材编写、制度规划等多方面本土化提升策略。在一定程度上推进缅北中文教育本土化纵深发展,助力人文共同体建设。
Abstract
With the continuous development of international Chinese education, the localization of Chinese education shows a strong upward trend. Northern Myanmar is connected with China by mountains and rivers, and the local Chinese education started early and has a large demand. Moreover, studies have shown that the sustainable development of Chinese teaching cannot be achieved without multi-dimensional localization of teachers, textbooks and institutions. This study aims to explore effective strategies to promote the localization of Chinese education in northern Myanmar. Qualitative methods were used to analyze the observation results. This study observed the church system, 20 Chinese schools and 566 teachers in the 20 schools in northern Myanmar, including 5 large-scale Chinese schools, 10 small and medium-sized Chinese schools and 5 cram schools. The results show that there is great room for improvement in teachers, teaching materials and system of Chinese schools in northern Myanmar. Finally, the author puts forward some localization strategies such as teacher team construction, textbook compilation and system planning. To a certain extent, it will promote the in-depth development of the localization of Chinese education in northern Myanmar and help build a humanistic community.
