| 摘要 |
儿童早期是一个人一生中最早的阶段，也是一个健全的个性、形成健全的心理素质的阶段。根据教育部颁布的《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》，幼儿园的教育活动必须在对儿童的文化知识进行引导的同时，将重点放在对儿童的心理素质与优良素质的培养上，这样的幼儿才能真正适应新时期对人才的需要，才能真正适应我国对教育工作的具体要求。“十八大”提出了“立德树人”的要求，“立德树人”是当今我国教育工作的一个重点。

| Abstract |
Early childhood is the earliest stage of a persons life, and it is also a stage of sound personality and the formation of sound psychological quality. According to the "3-6 years old childrens learning and Development Guide" issued by the Ministry of Education, kindergarten education activities must guide childrens cultural knowledge at the same time, focus on the cultivation of childrens psychological quality and good quality, so that children can really adapt to the needs of talents in the new era, in order to really adapt to the specific requirements of our countrys education work. "The 18th National Congress" put forward the requirement of "cultivating people by virtue", "cultivating people by virtue" is a key point of our educational work today.
