宫颈癌患者全过程护理干预的临床应用效果观察

| 摘要 |
以提高宫颈癌患者护理水平为研究目标，在临床护理中实施全过程护理干预，明确其对宫颈癌患者的影响。方法 以2023年1月-12月时间段中于院内接受诊疗的宫颈癌患者为分析对象，共计88例，按照诊疗先后顺序设置成对照组（44例）、观察组（44例），分别以常规手段、全过程护理干预手段实施两组护理干预，对干预情况进行分析。结果 炎症反应方面，两组相比，护理前组间无显著差异，护理后观察组各项值更低（P<0.05）。睡眠质量方面，两组相比，观察组各项值更低（P<0.05）。结论 在临床护理中实施全过程护理干预，能够对宫颈癌患者产生积极影响，有利于改善炎症反应与睡眠质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To improve the nursing level of patients with cervical cancer as the research objective, the whole process nursing intervention was implemented in clinical nursing, and its impact on patients with cervical cancer was clarified. Methods A total of 88 cases of cervical cancer patients who received diagnosis and treatment in hospital during the period of 2023.01-12 were analyzed. They were divided into control group (44 cases) and observation group (44 cases) according to the order of diagnosis and treatment. Two groups of nursing intervention were implemented by conventional means and whole-process nursing intervention means, and the intervention situation was analyzed. Results Compared with the two groups, there was no significant difference in the inflammatory response before care, and the values of the observation group after care were lower (P<0.05). In terms of sleep quality, the values of the observation group were lower than those of the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The whole process nursing intervention in clinical nursing can have a positive impact on cervical cancer patients, and is conducive to improving inflammation and sleep quality.
