| 摘要 |
以提高口腔颌面部多间隙感染合并糖尿病患者护理水平为研究目标，实施综合护理，明确其对口腔颌面部多间隙感染合并糖尿病患者的影响。方法 以2023年1月-12月时间段中于院内接受诊疗的44例口腔颌面部多间隙感染合并糖尿病患者为分析对象，按照随机法设置成对照组（22例）、观察组（22例），分别以常规手段、综合手段实施两组护理干预，对干预情况进行分析。结果 临床指标方面，两组相比，观察组各项值更低（P<0.05）。生活质量方面，两组相比，观察组各项值更高（P<0.05）。结论 在临床中实施综合护理，有利于改善口腔颌面部多间隙感染合并糖尿病患者临床指标及生活质量。

| Abstract |
Objective To improve the nursing level of patients with oral and maxillofacial multiple space infection complicated with diabetes mellitus as the research objective, implement comprehensive nursing, and clarify its influence on patients with oral and maxillofacial multiple space infection complicated with diabetes mellitus. Methods 44 patients with oral and maxillofacial multiple space infection complicated with diabetes who received treatment in hospital during the period of 2023.01-12 were selected as the analysis objects, and were divided into control group (22 cases) and observation group (22 cases) according to random method. The two groups of nursing intervention were carried out by conventional means and comprehensive means respectively, and the intervention situation was analyzed. Results In terms of clinical indexes, the values in the observation group were lower than those in the two groups (P<0.05). In terms of quality of life, the values in the observation group were higher than those in the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can improve clinical indexes and quality of life of patients with oral and maxillofacial multi-space infection complicated with diabetes.
