| 摘要 |
分析对接受手术治疗的乳腺癌患者实施针对性护理干预对其治疗效果及上肢淋巴水肿情况的影响。方法 抽取2022年1月-2023年1月期间我院收治的乳腺癌患者82例，均接受手术治疗，以随机信封法分组，一组患者接受常规护理，为对照组，共41例，一组患者接受针对性护理，为观察组，共41例。对比双上肢周径差、上肢感染率、护理满意度。结果 与对照组相比，观察组经干预后双上肢周径差更小，上肢感染率更低、护理满意度更高（P＜0.05）。结论 对接受手术治疗的乳腺癌患者实施针对性护理干预可改善上肢水肿，预防上肢感染，并可提高护理满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of targeted nursing intervention for surgical treatment of breast cancer patients on their treatment effect and upper limb lymphedema. Methods 82 breast cancer patients were admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023, all of which were treated by randomization envelope. One group of patients received routine care, a control group of 41 patients, one group of patients received targeted care, and a total of 41 patients in the observation group. Compare the peripheral diameter difference of both upper limbs, the infection rate of the upper limbs, and the nursing satisfaction. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had lower upper limb infection rate and higher nursing satisfaction after the intervention (P <0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention for surgical treatment of breast cancer patients can improve upper limb edema, prevent upper limb infection, and improve nursing satisfaction.
