| 摘要 |
研讨肿瘤内科病房临终肿瘤患者实施安宁疗护的效果。方法 挑选2022年1月至2023年1月本院接收临终肿瘤86例患者，作为研究样本。按照系统分配法将患者划分为两组（观察组43例，对照组43例）。观察组应用安宁疗护，对照组应用常规护理，对比了解安宁疗护效果。结果 干预后观察组（SAS评分与SDS评分）比对照组更优，指标对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组干预满意度（97.67%）比对照组（79.07%）更高，指标对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组生活质量评分比对照组更优，指标对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 肿瘤内科病房临终肿瘤患者实施安宁疗护的效果显著，患者情绪状态得到改善，提升护理满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the effect of hospice care for terminal cancer patients in the medical oncology ward. Methods From January 2022 to January 2023, 86 patients with terminal tumors were selected as research samples. The patients were divided into two groups according to systematic allocation method (observation group 43 cases, control group 43 cases). The observation group received hospice care and the control group received routine care. The effect of hospice care was compared and understood. Results After intervention, the observation group (SAS score and SDS score) was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The intervention satisfaction of the observation group (97.67%) was higher than that of the control group (79.07%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The quality of life score of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Hospice care is effective for terminally ill cancer patients in medical oncology ward. The emotional state of patients is improved and nursing satisfaction is enhanced.
