摘要
分析总结行为诱导管理在临床中的应用效果,为学龄前儿童行为管理的临床实践提供循证依据。儿童牙科畏惧症是指儿童在牙科诊疗过程中出现的紧张、恐惧、抑郁、焦虑等一系列的心理活动,表现为哭闹和不配合,多发于学龄前儿童。儿童牙科畏惧症会造成避医行为、穿髓、软组织切割伤、延误病情及医疗纠纷等严重后果。对于学龄前儿童牙科畏惧症有效改善就诊行为,提高口腔治疗效果是重点解决问题。本文则分析学龄前儿童牙科畏惧症诱发原因及危害,制定行为诱导方法,比如:行为心理诱导、兴趣培养法、榜样法、放松训练法等,探索行为诱导在学龄前儿童牙科畏惧症的应用价值,以此降低学龄前儿童牙科畏惧症发生率,提高口腔治疗效果。
Abstract
To analyze and summarize the application effect of behavior induction management in clinical practice, and provide evidence-based basis for the clinical practice of preschool childrens behavior management. Pediatric dental fear refers to a series of psychological activities such as nervousness, fear, depression and anxiety in the process of dental treatment, which are manifested as crying and uncooperation, mostly in preschool children. Dental fear in children can cause serious consequences such as medical avoidance behavior, pulp piercing, soft tissue cutting injury, delayed illness and medical disputes. For preschool childrens dental care, it is important to effectively improve the treatment behavior and improve the effect of oral treatment. In this paper, the causes and harms of dental fear in preschool children are analyzed, and behavioral induction methods are formulated, such as behavioral psychological induction, interest cultivation, model method, relaxation training method, etc., to explore the application value of behavioral induction in dental fear in preschool children, so as to reduce the incidence of dental fear in preschool children and improve the effect of oral treatment.
