| 摘要 |
分析系统追踪法在骨科手术患者静脉治疗护理中的应用效果。方法： 将我院骨科于2023年1月-2023年12月收治的96例手术患者且行静脉治疗纳入研究，通过随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组各48例。对照组应用常规护理，观察组加以系统追踪法干预，对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组在采用系统追踪法干预后，其不良事件发生率、护理质量评分、护理满意度均优于对照组，组间差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 系统追踪法在骨科手术患者静脉治疗护理中可有效降低不良事件发生风险，提升护理质量，从而提高护理满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application effect of system tracking method in venous treatment nursing of orthopedic surgery patients. Methods 96 surgical patients admitted to the orthopedics department of our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 who underwent intravenous treatment were included in the study. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 48 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received systematic follow-up intervention. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After using the systematic tracking method, the incidence of adverse events, nursing quality score, and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group, with significant differences between the groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The system tracking method can effectively reduce the risk of adverse events, improve nursing quality, and thus improve nursing satisfaction in venous therapy nursing for orthopedic surgery patients.
