| 摘要 |
探讨综合护理模式在带血管蒂皮瓣移植修复皮肤缺损创面患者护理中的应用价值。方法 取本院一年内（2023.01-2023.12）内54例带血管蒂皮瓣移植修复皮肤缺损创面患者随机分组，对照组为常规护理，研究组为综合护理，比较两组护理效果。结果 两组创面评分、愈合时间、抗生素使用时间相比，研究组均优于对照组（P＜0.05）；护理前比较两组情绪状态评分并无显著差异（P＞0.05），护理后，研究组情绪状态评分优于对照组（SAS、SDS），结果对比（P＜0.05）。结论 综合护理模式可促进带血管蒂皮瓣移植修复皮肤缺损创面患者术后恢复，同时在改善患者负面情绪方面效果显著，临床可根据患者情况灵活应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application value of comprehensive nursing mode in the nursing of patients with skin defect wound repaired by pedicled flaps. Methods 54 cases of skin defect wound repair patients with vascular pedicled skin flap grafted in our hospital within one year (2023.01-2023.12) were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given routine nursing care, and the study group was given comprehensive nursing care. Results Compared with the wound score, healing time and antibiotic use time of the two groups, the study group was better than the control group (P < 0.05). Before nursing, there was no significant difference in emotional state score between the two groups (P > 0.05). After nursing, the emotional state score of the study group was better than that of the control group (SAS, SDS), and the results were compared (P < 0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing mode can promote the postoperative recovery of patients with skin defect wound repaired by pedicled skin flap transplantation, and has a significant effect on improving patients negative emotions, which can be flexibly applied according to patients conditions.
