| 摘要 |
探讨优质护理在重症肺炎气管切开患者中的应用效果及其对并发症发生情况的影响。方法 2023年2月至2024年2月，共有80名重症肺炎患者参与研究。所有患者均接受气管切开手术治疗，将所有患者按照随机数字表法分成两组：对照组包括40人，接受常规护理；观察组同样有30人，接受优质护理。对比两组生活质量与并发症发生率。结果 护理后，观察组生活质量高于对照组，有统计学意义（P＜0.05），观察组并发症发生率低于对照组，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 优质护理在重症肺炎气管切开患者中的应用能有效降低并发症发生率，提高患者生活质量，对改善患者预后具有积极作用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing in patients with severe pneumonia tracheostomy and its impact on the incidence of complications. Method From February 2023 to February 2024, a total of 80 severe pneumonia patients participated in the study. All patients underwent tracheotomy surgery and were divided into two groups using a random number table method: the control group consisted of 40 patients who received routine care; There are also 30 people in the observation group who receive high-quality care. Compare the quality of life and incidence of complications between two groups. After nursing care, the quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing in patients with severe pneumonia tracheostomy can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, improve the quality of life of patients, and have a positive effect on improving patient prognosis.
