| 摘要 |
探究康复护理在脊柱骨折脊髓损伤中的应用护理效果。方法 选取2023年1月至2023年12月间150例脊柱骨折脊髓损伤患者，按照随机数字表法分为实验组（康复护理）与对比组（常规护理）各75例，比较两组并发症、日常生活活动能力评分、心理状态评分、脊柱功能评分。结果 并发症发生率低于对比组，日常生活活动能力评分高于对比组，心理状态评分低于对比组，脊柱功能评分高于对比组，呈P<0.05。结论 康复护理能够降低并发症发生率，促进健康恢复提高患者的日常生活活动能力，可稳定患者情绪状态降低不良心理的影响，能够促进患者脊柱功能的恢复，实现最终的治疗康复目的。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing in spinal fracture and spinal cord injury. Methods 150 patients with spinal fracture and spinal cord injury were selected from January 2023 to December 2023, and were divided into the experimental group (rehabilitation nursing) and the comparison group (routine nursing) with 75 cases each according to random number table method. Complications, daily living activity ability score, mental state score and spinal function score of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group, the score of activities of daily living, the score of mental state and the score of spinal function were higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing can reduce the incidence of complications, promote health recovery, improve patients activities of daily living, stabilize patients emotional state, reduce the impact of adverse psychology, promote the recovery of patients spinal function, and achieve the ultimate purpose of treatment and rehabilitation.
