| 摘要 |
分析对膀胱肿瘤手术后膀胱灌注治疗的患者实施综合护理对其并发症及满意度的影响。方法抽取2022年8月~2023年8月期间我院收治的膀胱癌患者80例，所有患者均于术后接受膀胱灌注治疗，以随机信封法分组，在膀胱灌注治疗期间接受常规护理的患者为对照组，共40例，接受综合护理的患者为观察组，共40例。对比指标：并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果 组间对比，观察组并发症发生率更低，护理满意度更高（P＜0.05）。结论 对膀胱肿瘤手术后接受膀胱灌注治疗的患者在治疗期间实施综合护理可降低并发症发生率，提高护理满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing on complications and satisfaction of patients with bladder tumor after bladder perfusion. Methods A total of 80 patients with bladder cancer admitted to our hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected. All patients received bladder perfusion therapy after surgery, and were divided by random envelope method. Patients receiving routine care during bladder perfusion therapy were included in the control group (40 cases in total), and patients receiving comprehensive care were included in the observation group (40 cases in total). Comparison index: complication rate and nursing satisfaction. Results The complication rate of observation group was lower and nursing satisfaction was higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can reduce the incidence of complications and improve nursing satisfaction for patients who received bladder perfusion therapy after bladder tumor surgery.
