| 摘要 |
探究分析腰椎间盘突出症行椎间孔内镜术后康复护理的应用。方法 时间：2022年1月至2023年12月，对象：接受椎间孔内镜术的腰椎间盘突出症患者共102例，分组：随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用康复护理，对比两组的腰椎功能；临床相关指标以及疼痛程度。结果 观察组优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 康复护理可显著改善患者腰椎功能；临床相关指标以及疼痛程度，值得推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore and analyze the application of rehabilitation nursing after lumbar disc herniation with foraminal endoscopic surgery. Methods From January 2022 to December 2023, a total of 102 patients with lumbar disc herniation underwent foraminal endoscopy were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received rehabilitation nursing. The lumbar function of the two groups was compared. Clinically relevant indicators and pain level. Results The observation group was superior to the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing can significantly improve the function of lumbar spine. Relevant clinical indicators and pain degree are worthy of promotion and application.
