Objective This experiment will use operating room cluster nursing measures to provide intervention services for hip replacement patients, focusing on the effect on the prevention of deep venous thrombosis (DVT) in lower limbs. Methods From September 2022 to September 2023, and including hip replacement patients admitted in hospitals, 90 cases that meet the inclusion criteria were selected for data analysis. According to the order of patients admission, the patients were randomly divided into two groups, named as reference group and research group, former: routine nursing services, enrollment (n = 45); the latter: operating room cluster nursing services, enrollment (n = 45), and then collect the relevant data, evaluation and analysis of clinical data, integration and comparison. Use t test (normal measurement data); use χ2 test (count data); calculate means with ( ) instead. Results From the perspective of nursing quality, the incidence of DVT in group B showed the improvement of coagulation function in group A (P < 0.05). From the specific results, patients in group B were excellent in terms of hospitalization stay and the prevention of complications (P < 0.05); indicating that the effectiveness of nursing work between the two groups was significantly different, and group B was better, which is worth discussing. Conclusion In this study, targeted to the operating room cluster care in patients with hip arthroplasty application value analysis discussion, through comparative experiment, seeking a practical, quality perfect intervention strategy, safeguard patients life health, outcome clear, the application of comprehensive nursing, can effectively relieve tension, fear, stable the physiological indicators, but also can greatly promote the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients, improve nursing satisfaction, is worth advocating.
