| 摘要 |
分析人性化护理对血液透析患者情绪影响。方法 以我院接受医治的血液透析患者（2022年8月～2023年9月）为对象，共200例，因护理方式不同需分组研究，为对照组和观察组，前组100例进行常规护理，后组100例给予人性化护理，随后分析两组患者的心理情绪。结果 SAS、SDS观察组比对照组低，P＜0.05。结论 人性化护理在血液透析患者中的应用效果显著，可明显看出心理状态得到改善，对此值得应用和推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the influence of humanized nursing on emotions of hemodialysis patients. Methods A total of 200 cases of hemodialysis patients treated in our hospital (August 2022 – September 2023) were taken as objects. Due to different nursing methods, they were divided into two groups: control group and observation group. 100 cases in the former group received routine nursing, and 100 cases in the latter group received humanized nursing. Results SAS and SDS observation group were lower than control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application effect of humanized nursing in hemodialysis patients is remarkable, and the psychological state can be obviously improved, which is worth applying and promoting.
