摘要
探讨多媒体视频联合清单式表格化宣教单在脑血管病介入治疗患者围术期管理中的应用效果。方法 选取我院神经内科2区2023年8月至2024年4月脑血管病介入治疗患者60例作为研究对象。将其按随机分组方法分为对照组(30例,采取常规宣教方法)和观察组(30例,采取多媒体视频联合清单式表格化宣教方法),对两组患者的宣教效果进行对比分析。结果 观察组患者的知识掌握程度(57.42±0.57)分高于对照组(43.04±1.38)分,3小时口服水化合格率(90%)高于对照组(66%),同时观察组患者的满意度(97%)高于对照组(73%),而观察组患者的心理状态,焦虑(32.18±4.01)分、抑郁(31.73±3.95)分均低于对照组焦虑(44.21±4.42)分、抑郁(43.63±4.24)分(P<0.05)。结论 多媒体视频联合清单式表格化宣教可显著提高患者对脑血管病介入治疗的认知,提高3小时口服水化合格率和满意度,改善心理状态,在实际应用中有较高价值。
Abstract
Objective Exploring the application effect of multimedia video combined with a list style tabular education form in perioperative management of patients with cerebrovascular disease intervention treatment. Methods Sixty patients with cerebrovascular disease undergoing interventional treatment in the Neurology Department of our hospital from August 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (30 cases, using conventional education methods) and an observation group (30 cases, using multimedia video combined with a list style tabular education form method), and the education effects of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed. Results The knowledge mastery level of patients in the observation group (57.42 ± 0.57) was higher than that in the control group (43.04 ± 1.38), and the 3-hour oral hydration qualification rate (90%) was higher than that in the control group (66%). At the same time, the satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group (97%) was higher than that in the control group (73%). However, the psychological status of patients in the observation group, including anxiety (32.18 ± 4.01) and depression (31.73 ± 3.95), were lower than those in the control group (44.21 ± 4.42) and depression (43.63 ± 4.24) (P<0.05). Conclusion Multimedia video combined with list based tabular education can significantly improve patients awareness of interventional treatment for cerebrovascular diseases, increase the 3-hour oral hydration qualification rate and satisfaction, reduce postoperative complications, improve psychological status, and have high value in practical applications.
