摘要
研究和评价情景式教学在护士层级急救培训中的运用效果。方法 选取130例在我院2022年3月-2023年4月进行护理培训的护士,通过分层随机分组法,将护士分为常规组(65例)和情景组(65例),分别采用传统教学法和情景模拟教学法进行培训。通过对比两组护士在模拟技术操作技能和批判性思维能力量表(CTDI-CV)评分上的差异,评估情景式教学的效果。结果 情景组在搬运患者、氧气吸入、洗胃除颤、心电监护、心肺复苏等技术操作评分上均高于常规组,且情景组的CTDI-CV评分,包括系统化能力、探索真相能力、分析判断能力、求知欲的四个方面,相较常规组也有显著提升(P<0.01)。结论 本研究表明,情景式教学能有效提高护士的急救技能和批判性思维能力,值得在护士层级急救培训中推广应用。
Abstract
Objective To study and evaluate the application effect of situational teaching in nurse level emergency training. Method: 130 nurses who underwent nursing training in our hospital from March 2022 to April 2023 were selected. Through a stratified random grouping method, the nurses were divided into a conventional group (65 cases) and a scenario group (65 cases). Traditional teaching methods and scenario simulation teaching methods were used for training, respectively. Evaluate the effectiveness of situational teaching by comparing the differences between two groups of nurses in the scores of simulated technical operation skills and critical thinking ability scale (CTDI-CV). The results showed that the scenario group had higher scores in technical operations such as patient transport, oxygen inhalation, gastric lavage defibrillation, electrocardiogram monitoring, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation than the conventional group. Moreover, the CTDI-CV score of the scenario group, including systematic ability, truth exploration ability, analytical judgment ability, and thirst for knowledge, was significantly improved compared to the conventional group (P<0.01). Conclusion: This study indicates that situational teaching can effectively improve the first aid skills and critical thinking abilities of nurses, and is worth promoting and applying in nurse level first aid training.
