| 摘要 |
本研究旨在探讨在呼吸衰竭患者早期运动康复中，贝克认知模式下的PDCA循环护理对其作用影响。方法 从医院就诊的中老年男性呼吸衰竭患者中随机选取80例分成干预组和对照组两组，各40例，对照组予呼吸衰竭患者护理常规宣教，干预组在对照组基础上进行贝克认知模式下的PDCA循环护理。分别对比两组患者功能独立性、满意度、生存质量、结果指标。结果 两组患者的比较除了功能独立性无差异，均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），且干预组优于对照组。结论 呼吸衰竭患者早期运动康复中，贝克认知模式下的PDCA循环护理对其具有较佳的临床影响，有利于改进呼吸衰竭患者的临床康复护理。

| Abstract |
Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of PDCA cycle nursing under Baker cognitive model on the early exercise rehabilitation of patients with respiratory failure. Eighty middle-aged and elderly male patients with respiratory failure were randomly selected and divided into two groups: intervention group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing education for respiratory failure patients, and the intervention group received PDCA cyclic nursing under Baker cognitive model on the basis of the control group. Functional independence, satisfaction, quality of life and outcome indexes were compared between the two groups. Results There was no difference between the two groups except functional independence, which was statistically significant (P < 0.05), and the intervention group was superior to the control group. Conclusion In the early exercise rehabilitation of patients with respiratory failure, the PDCA cycle nursing under Baker cognitive mode has a better clinical impact on them, which is conducive to improving the clinical rehabilitation nursing of patients with respiratory failure.
