| 摘要 |
分析胃癌术后个体化营养护理的应用价值。方法 采用2022年3月-2023年3月我院接收的胃癌术后住院患者60例，根据计算机排序法，分为对照组常规护理（30例），观察组个体化营养护理（30例），对两组营养指标（血清总蛋白、血浆白蛋白、血清转铁蛋白）、生存质量[生存质量测定量表（WHOQOL）]、并发症（肠梗阻、感染、肠粘连、吻合口瘘等）发生情况进行比较。结果 观察组营养指标比对照组优，生存质量评分比对照组高，并发症比对照组少，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 胃癌术后个体化营养护理应用价值高，可调节患者营养指标水平，提高生存质量，减少并发症。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application value of individualized nutritional care after gastric cancer surgery. Method Sixty postoperative hospitalized patients with gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were divided into a control group (30 cases) and an observation group (30 cases) using computerized sorting method. The nutritional indicators (serum total protein, plasma albumin, serum transferrin), quality of life (WHOQOL), and incidence of complications (intestinal obstruction, infection, intestinal adhesion, anastomotic fistula, etc.) were compared between the two groups. Result The nutritional indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group. There were fewer complications compared to the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application value of individualized nutritional care after gastric cancer surgery is high, which can regulate the patients nutritional index level, improve quality of life, and reduce complications.
