| 摘要 |
手术室作为医院的核心部门，其护理安全管理直接关系到患者的生命安全和医疗质量。本文综述了近年来手术室护理安全管理理论与方法的研究进展，包括护理安全管理理论的发展、手术室护理风险识别与评估、护理安全管理体系的构建，以及安全管理新技术的应用等方面。通过深入分析现有研究，本文旨在为手术室护理安全管理提供新的思路和策略，以促进手术室护理质量的持续提升。

| Abstract |
As the core department of the hospital, the nursing safety management of the operating room is directly related to the patients life safety and medical quality. This paper summarizes the research progress of the theory and method of nursing safety management in operating room, including the development of nursing safety management theory, nursing risk identification and assessment, the construction of nursing safety management system, and the application of new safety management technology. Through an in-depth analysis of existing research, this paper aims to provide new ideas and strategies for nursing safety management in the operating room to promote the continuous improvement of nursing quality in the operating room.
