| 摘要 |
通过对该案例的研究探讨叙事护理在广泛性焦虑障碍患者中的应用效果。方法 针对该患者，采取叙事护理的方法进行整体护理。结果 经过药物治疗联合叙事护理的方法患者广泛性焦虑障碍症状基本消除，康复出院。结论 广泛性焦虑障碍患者由于严重的焦虑和抑郁情绪，导致部分患者在治疗和护理过程中存在抵触，甚至是拒绝接受治疗。叙事护理的应用，能改善患者心境缓解焦虑和抑郁情绪，提高患者治疗的依从性，使最终的治疗效果得到提升。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of narrative nursing in patients with generalized anxiety disorder through the study of this case. Methods According to the patient, narrative nursing was adopted to carry on the whole nursing. Results The symptoms of generalized anxiety disorder were basically eliminated and the patients recovered and were discharged from hospital after drug treatment and narrative nursing. Conclusion Some patients with generalized anxiety disorder have conflict in treatment and nursing, or even refuse to receive treatment because of severe anxiety and depression. The application of narrative nursing can improve the mood of patients, relieve anxiety and depression, improve patients treatment compliance, and improve the final treatment effect.
