| 摘要 |
探析处方点评在促进高血压药物合理应用中的效果。方法 研究资料选择2022年1月-2023年12月门诊高血压患者处方，2022年1月-2022年12月纳入对照组（n＝1000），未采用处方点评，2023年1月-2023年12月纳入观察组（n＝1000），采用处方点评，分析高血压药物种类变化趋势以及联合用药情况。结果 2023年血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂用药频度、限定日费用低于2022年，钙离子拮抗剂、β-受体阻滞剂、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体阻断药、利尿剂用药频度、限定日费用高于2022年。2022年高血压患者单用高血压药物所占人数最高，而在2023年二联所占人数最高，并且仅有0.3%患者选择四联（P＜0.05）。结论 本院在高血压药物应用方面能够按照科学、规范、合理的原则为患者提供有效的用药方案，处方点评在促进高血压药物合理应用中效果显著。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of prescription comment in promoting the rational application of hypertension drugs. Methods Study data were selected from January 2022 to December 2023, from January 2022 to December 2022 (n=1000), without prescription review from January 2022, from January 2023 to December 2023 (n=1000), using prescription review to analyze the trend of hypertension drug types and combination. Results The frequency and daily cost of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors in 2023 were lower than that in 2022, and the frequency and daily cost of calcium antagonists, β -receptor blockers, angiotensin receptor blockers and diuretics were higher than those in 2022. In 2022, the highest number of hypertension patients, while in 2023, the highest number of hypertension patients, and only 0.3% of patients chose quadruplet (P <0.05). Conclusion In the application of hypertension drugs, our hospital can provide effective medication plan for patients in accordance with the principles of science, standard and reasonable principles, and prescription comment has achieved remarkable results in promoting the rational application of hypertension drugs.
