摘要
妇科属于医院的重要组成部分,其具有病种多样化,护理工作繁琐的特点,提升妇科护生的教学质量对于改善院内医疗水平具有重要的意义。以往传统的护理教学存在理论知识讲解深度不足、规范操作示范少等类型的问题,使得教学质量受到不同程度的影响。为了不断提升妇科护理教学质量,提升护生综合能力水平,确保理论知识与实际操作技能结合,本文将探究分析改良型四段式教学方法在妇科护理教学中的价值。此次研究分析了遗传传统教育以及常规四段式教学模式所存在的不足,探讨了改良型四段式教学的优势以及在妇科护理教学中的效果。最后作出总结,认为在开展妇科护理教学的过程中,不仅需要重视对于理论知识的传授,同时应当将实际操作技能以及护生学习态度、学习能力的培养作为重点内容,才能够确保妇科护理教学质量的可持续提升。
Abstract
Gynecology is an important part of the hospital, which has the characteristics of diversified diseases and tedious nursing work. It is of great significance to improve the teaching quality of gynecology nursing students to improve the medical level in the hospital. In the past, there were some problems in traditional nursing teaching, such as lack of depth of theoretical knowledge explanation and less demonstration of standardized operation, which affected the teaching quality in different degrees. In order to continuously improve the quality of gynecological nursing teaching, enhance the comprehensive ability level of nursing students, and ensure the combination of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, this paper will explore and analyze the value of using the improved four-stageaching method in gynecological nursing teaching. This study analyzed the shortcomings of traditional education and conventional four-stage teaching mode, and investigated the advantages of improved four-stage teaching and its effect in gynecological nursing teaching. Finally, it concludes that in the process of gynecological nursing teaching, we should not only pay attention to the teaching of theoretical knowledge, but also focus on the cultivation of practical skills, nursing students learning attitude and learning ability, so as to improve the quality of gynecological nursing teaching sustainably.
