Objective In the perioperative period, patients with urinary calculi treated by transurethral holmium laser lithotripsy were intervened through the concept of fast recovery, and the application effect was studied and analyzed. Methods 60 patients with urinary calculi admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study, and then the selected subjects were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method. Each group consisted of 30 patients. The patients in the control group received routine nursing care, and the observation group received continuous quality improvement intervention under the situation analysis method. The nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients was compared; the incidence of postoperative complications (infection, urinary tract obstruction, bleeding, ureteral perforation); first meal time, hospital stay; nursing quality score (ward management, professional level, communication ability, self-identity). ResultsThe nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was 96.7% (29/30), and the nursing satisfaction of the patients in the control group was 70.0% (21/30), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications was 6.7% (2/30), which was lower than 30.0% (9/30) of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). (2.29 ± 1.01) h, (3.06 ± 0.62) d less than the control group (6.38 ± 1.64) h, (8.56 ± 0.42) d, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); Ward management of patients in the observation group , business level, communication ability, self-recognition scores were: (97.40±2.17) points, (94.18±2.08) points, (91.29±2.23) points, (91.85±2.69) points were higher than those of the control group (91.99±3.22 points) ) points, (90.04±2.01) points, (87.52±2.17) points, (88.14±3.03) points, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The patients with urinary calculi were intervened through continuous quality improvement under the situation analysis method in the perioperative period, and the treatment indicators and the occurrence of complications of the patients were significantly improved, which is worthy of promotion.
