| 摘要 |
探讨循证护理在小儿支气管炎中的应用价值。方法 本研究共纳入70例小儿支气管炎患者，纳入时间为2021年1月-2021年9月，将其分为观察组（n=35）与对照组（n=35），为对照组提供常规护理，为观察组提供循证护理，针对两组患者的并发症发生率与护理满意度进行观察比较。结果 观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)；护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在小儿支气管炎的治疗中，循证护理的作用显著，不仅避免患者面临多种并发症，也提升了患者家属的护理满意度，有利于患儿的医疗干预，值得推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective: To explore the application value of evidence-based nursing in children with bronchitis. Methods a total of 70 pediatric bronchitis patients were enrolled in this study from January 2021 to September 2021. They were divided into the observation group (n=35) and the control group (n=35). Routine nursing was provided for the control group, and evidence-based nursing was provided for the observation group. Results The complication rate of observation group was lower than control group (P<0.05). Nursing satisfaction was higher than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of pediatric bronchitis, evidence-based nursing plays a significant role, not only avoids the patients facing a variety of complications, but also improves the nursing satisfaction of patients families, which is beneficial to the medical intervention of children, and worthy of popularization and application.
