摘要
所谓食育就是与饮食方面有关的教育,主要包括“食知、食操、食趣、食礼”等四个方面。四川省w幼儿园通过开展全过程集体种植活动,在此活动中贯彻食育理念与内容。幼儿选择合适的种植作物,丰富食知;亲自动手种植,体验食操;采摘丰收果实,感受食趣;共享劳动美食,培养食礼。让幼儿在活动中充分发挥自身的主体地位,从而在参与集体种植活动的同时增强对食物的喜爱与珍惜之情。
Abstract
The so-called food education refers to education related to diet, mainly including four aspects: "food knowledge, food practice, food interest, and food etiquette". Sichuan Province W Kindergarten implements the concept and content of food education through the whole process collective planting activity. Children choose suitable crops to enrich their food knowledge; Personally planting and experiencing food manipulation; Picking harvested fruits and experiencing the fun of eating; Share labor cuisine and cultivate food etiquette. Encourage young children to fully utilize their subjectivity in activities, thereby enhancing their love and appreciation for food while participating in collective planting activities.
