“三全育人”视域下的民办高校心理健康路径的探究

摘要
本文旨在探讨“三全育人”理念在民办高校心理健康教育中的应用效果,通过分析当前民办高校大学生对“三全育人”理念的认知情况及其在心理健康教育中的实际效果,为进一步优化民办高校心理健康教育路径提供实证依据。方法 本研究以江苏省南通理工学院为例,选取该校大学生作为研究对象,采用问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法。运用SPSS等统计软件进行数据分析,确保结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果 女生和高年级学生普遍比男生和低年级学生更关注心理健康问题(P<0.05)。结论 性别与年龄因素对心理健康的发展具有影响,民办高校可基于此来优化其心理健康服务路径。
Abstract
Objective: The purpose of this paper is to explore the application effect of the concept of "Three Aspects of Education" in the mental health education of private universities, and to provide empirical basis for further optimizing the path of mental health education in private universities by analyzing the current cognition of the concept of "Three Aspects of Education" and its practical effect in mental health education. Methods: This study takes Nantong Institute of Technology in Jiangsu Province as an example, selects the university students as the research objects, and adopts various research methods such as questionnaire survey and interview. Statistical software such as SPSS was used for data analysis to ensure that the results were statistically significant.(P<0.05) Results: Girls and senior students are generally more concerned about mental health problems than boys and junior students(P<0.05) Conclusion: Gender and age factors have an impact on the development of mental health, private universities can optimize their mental health services based on this.
