This article discusses the application and innovative development of the theory of complex adaptive systems in enterprise management, and explores its important role in enhancing the ability of enterprises to cope with complex and dynamic environments. The theory of complex adaptive systems provides a new theoretical framework for enterprise management through its in-depth analysis of nonlinear interactions, self-organization mechanisms, and adaptive feedback within the system.
