| 摘要 |
分析专科敏感指标管理在降低心理科住院患者非自杀性自伤发生率中的应用效果。方法 2021年6月到2022年3月期间，我院心理科收治了98例心境障碍患者，将其当做本次实验的对象，通过随机分配原则，分为两组，常规管理作为对照组，与实施专科敏感指标管理方式的实验组展开对比。比较两组患者的自伤发生率。结果 实施专科敏感指标管理方式的实验组治疗效果更好，患者的自伤发生率明显降低，组间对比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 专科质量敏感指标管理的实施，提升了医护人员的职业素养与专科技能，有效减低了患者的自伤发生率，对于持续改进护理质量而言意义重大。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application effect of specialized sensitive index management in reducing the incidence of non-suicidal nSSI in inpatients of psychological department. Methods From June 2021 to March 2022, 98 cases of patients with mental disorders were admitted to the department of Psychology of our hospital. They were treated as the subjects of this experiment. They were divided into two groups through the principle of random allocation. The incidence of nSSI was compared between the two groups. Results The treatment effect of the experimental group with specialized sensitive index management was better, and the incidence of NSSI was significantly reduced, with statistically significant difference between groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of specialized quality sensitive index management improves the professional quality and specialized skills of medical staff, effectively reduces the incidence of patients nSSI, and is of great significance for the continuous improvement of nursing quality.
