摘要	探索快速康复外科护理用于腹腔镜胆囊切除术围术期的价值。方法选择于2020年5月-2022年4月外科接诊的腹腔镜胆囊切除术病人74名作为受试者，随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组围术期接受快速康复外科护理，对照组行常规护理。测量和对比两组患者恢复情况和满意度。结果试验组下床活动时间、肛门排气时间和住院时间分别是（11.19±3.52）h、（17.48±3.96）h、（4.25±0.83）d，对照组分别为（18.64±4.92）h、（22.31±5.82）h和（5.92±0.91）d，三方面数据比较结果显示，试验组均小于对照组（P＜0.05）。在对护理工作的满意度方面，试验组结果为2.7%，和对照组18.92%相比更低（P＜0.05）。在并发症发生情况方面，试验组占2.7%；对照组占18.92%，对比差异大（P＜0.05）。最后，试验组护理满意度为97.3%，对照组则为81.1%，可见具有统计学意义。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术用快速康复外科护理，患者术后康复进程更快，并发症发生率更低，同时满意度更高。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the value of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in the perioperative period of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods from May 2020 to April 2022, 74 undergraduate patients receiving laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into 2 groups. The experimental group received rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing during perioperative period, while the control group received routine nursing. Compare the anal exhaust time and other indicators. Results The data of ambulation time, anal exhaust time and hospital stay in experimental groups were (11.19±3.52) h, (17.48±3.96) h, (4.25±0.83) d, respectively. It was shorter than that of the control group (18.64±4.92) h, (22.31±5.82) h, (5.92±0.91) d (P < 0.05). As for satisfaction, the data of the experimental group was 2.7%, which was lower than that of the control group (18.92%) (P < 0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy with rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing, complication rate is lower, postoperative rehabilitation process is faster.
