| 摘要 |
本研究旨在探究心理护理对ICU重症护理质量的影响。方法 选择2022年3月至2023年3月收治的ICU重症患者60例作为研究对象，将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组（n=30例，常规护理）与实验组（n=30例，心理护理）。对比两组患者舒适性、睡眠质量、疼痛情况、心理状态。结果 实验组舒适性、睡眠质量均优于对照组（P＜0.05）；实验组VAS评分、SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对ICU重症患者实施心理护理能够有效改善患者心理状态，促进患者康复。

| Abstract |
Objective This study aims to explore the impact of psychological care on the quality of intensive care in the ICU. Methods Sixty ICU critically ill patients admitted from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (n=30 cases, routine care) and an experimental group (n=30 cases, psychological care) using a random number table method. Compare the comfort, sleep quality, pain status, and psychological state of two groups of patients. Results The comfort and sleep quality of the experimental group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05); The VAS score, SAS score, and SDS score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing psychological care for critically ill patients in the ICU can effectively improve their psychological state and promote their recovery.
