| 摘要 |
以增强宫颈癌患者护理有效性、安全性为研究目标，在临床护理中实施责任制护理，明确其对宫颈癌患者的影响。方法 以2023年1月-12月时间段中于院内接受诊疗的宫颈癌患者为分析对象，共计87例，按照诊疗先后顺序设置成对照组（43例）、观察组（44例），分别以常规手段、责任制手段实施两组护理干预，对干预情况进行分析。结果 护理质量方面，两组相比，观察组各项值更高（P<0.05）。不良事件及临床指标方面，两组相比，观察组各项值更低（P<0.05）。结论 在临床护理中实施责任制护理，有利于提高宫颈癌患者护理质量，改善临床指标，对不良事件发生风险进行控制。

| Abstract |
Objective To enhance the effectiveness and safety of nursing for patients with cervical cancer as the research objective, to implement responsible nursing system in clinical nursing, and to clarify its impact on patients with cervical cancer. Methods A total of 87 cases of cervical cancer patients who received diagnosis and treatment in the hospital during the period of 2023.01-12 were analyzed. They were divided into control group (43 cases) and observation group (44 cases) according to the order of diagnosis and treatment. The two groups of nursing intervention were carried out by conventional means and responsibility means, and the intervention situation was analyzed. Results In terms of nursing quality, the values in the observation group were higher than those in the two groups (P<0.05). In terms of adverse events and clinical indicators, the values in the observation group were lower than those in the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of responsibility nursing system in clinical nursing is conducive to improving the quality of nursing for patients with cervical cancer, improving clinical indicators and controlling the risk of adverse events.
