| 摘要 |
分析在老年肺心病患者的护理中应用综合性护理的效果。方法 选定2021年5月-2023年5月为研究进行时段，抽选在该时段内于我院就诊的的肺心病患者68例为试验对象，随机分为对照组34例常规护理，观察组34例综合性护理，对比两组患者护理前后的肺功能指标以及护理前后的生活质量。结果 两组护理前，肺部相关指标、生活质量指标对比差异不显著，P﹥0.05。而护理后，观察组肺部指标更佳、生活质量更高，差异显著，P﹤0.05。结论 在老年肺心病患者的护理中应用综合性护理的效果较好，可提高患者的肺部功能，增加其生活质量，利于患者拥有较好的护理体验和疾病改善。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of applying comprehensive nursing in the nursing of elderly patients with pulmonary heart disease. Methods The period from May 2021 to May 2023 was selected as the research period, and 68 pulmonary heart disease patients who visited our hospital during this period were selected as the experimental subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group of 34 cases with routine care and an observation group of 34 cases with comprehensive care. The lung function indicators and quality of life of the two groups of patients before and after care were compared. Results There was no significant difference in lung related indicators and quality of life indicators between the two groups before nursing, with P>0.05. After nursing, the observation group had better lung indicators and higher quality of life, with significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing in the care of elderly patients with pulmonary heart disease has a good effect, which can improve their lung function, enhance their quality of life, and facilitate patients to have a better nursing experience and disease improvement.
