Objective To analyze the value of continuous care for acute stroke in middle and elderly. Methods Randomized to receive middle-aged and elderly acute stroke patients from January 2022 to December 2023 (n=62). The trial group adopted continuity of care, and the control group performed routine care. Compared ast FMA score and other indicators. Results Regarding the FMA score: after the intervention, the test group reached (81.34 ± 3.17) and the control group only reached (69.46 ± 5.28), the data in the test group were higher (P <0.05). Compliance: 96.77% in the test group, but only 80.65% in the control group, and the data in the test group were higher (P <0.05). Satisfaction: 96.77% in the test group, but only 77.42% in the control group. The data in the test group were higher (P <0.05). Quality of care: The experimental group achieved (98.54±0.97) points, but the control group only (89.46±1.57) points, the comparison found that the experimental group data was higher (P < 0.05). Conclusion With continuous nursing, the patients compliance is higher, the quality of nursing is better, the improvement of limb motor function is more obvious, and the satisfaction is increased more rapidly.
