| 摘要 |
探析个体化护理在肺癌患者化疗期间的临床应用效果。方法 选取我院采用常规护理模式阶段（2023年1月-2023年7月）收治的32例肺癌患者作为对照组研究对象，选取我院实施个体化护理方案时期（2023年8月-2024年1月）收治的32例肺癌患者作为观察组研究对象，64例患者均行化疗，对比两种护理方案的临床应用效果。结果 干预后，①观察组情绪功能（20.56±3.45）分、生理功能（20.92±3.25）分、角色功能（22.75±2.78）分、社会功能（22.95±3.03）分，均明显高于对照组，P＜0.005；②观察组FVC（2.88±0.56）L、FEV1（1.97±0.32）L、MVV（63.68±11.67）L，均明显高于对照组，P＜0.005；③观察组失眠率（18.75%）明显低于对照组（46.88%），P＜0.005；④观察组护理满意率（96.88%）明显高于对照组（75.00%），P＜0.005；差异均有统计学意义。结论 个体化护理模式适用于化疗肺癌患者的临床护理，在提高生命质量、改善肺功能等方面均表现出明显的优势。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of individualized nursing in chemotherapy of lung cancer patients. Methods select our hospital using routine care model stage (January 2023-July 2023) admitted 32 patients with lung cancer as a control group research object, select our implementation individualized nursing care period (August 2023-January 2024) admitted 32 cases of lung cancer patients as observation group research object, 64 patients with chemotherapy, comparing the clinical application effect of two nursing plan. Results After the intervention, ① Emotional function (20.56 ± 3.45), physiological function (20.92 ± 3.25), role function (22.75 ± 2.78), social function (22.95 ± 3.03), Are significantly higher than those in the control group, P<0.005; ② Observation group FVC (2.88 ± 0.56) L, FEV 1 (1.97 ± 0.32) L, MVV (63.68 ± 11.67) L, Are significantly higher than those in the control group, P<0.005; ③ The insomnia rate in the observation group (18.75%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (46.88%), P<0.005; ④ The satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group (96.88%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (75.00%), P<0.005; All the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Personalized nursing mode is applicable to the clinical nursing of chemotherapy lung cancer patients, and it shows obvious advantages in improving the quality of life and improving lung function.
