| 摘要 |
分析对白癜风患者应用健康教育联合心理护理的作用。方法 将2021年5月-2023年5月于我院就诊的白癜风患者90例，以简单随机法分45例为对照组实施常规护理，另外45例为观察组则增加健康教育联合心理护理，对比两组患者负性心理改善和护理依存性；结果 护理前，观察组患者HAMA焦虑、HAMD抑郁等负性心理情况观察指标差异不显著，p﹥0.05,护理后观察组HAMA焦虑评分、HAMD 抑郁评分更低，同时观察组患者护理依存性优于对照组，差异显著，P﹤0.05。结论 健康教育联合心理护理护理可改善患者心理负性情况，增加疾病治疗了解，利于患者自护意识提高和护理依存。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the effect of health education combined with psychological nursing on patients with vitiligo. Methods 90 cases of vitiligo patients treated in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were divided into 45 cases as control group by simple random method, and the other 45 cases as observation group were added with health education combined with psychological nursing. Negative psychological improvement and nursing dependence were compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing, the observation group had no significant differences in HAMA anxiety, HAMD depression and other negative psychological indicators (p>0.05); after nursing, the observation group had lower HAMA anxiety scores and HAMD depression scores; meanwhile, the nursing dependence of patients in the observation group was better than that of the control group, with significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Health education combined with psychological nursing can improve the psychological negative condition of patients, increase the understanding of disease treatment, and help patients improve their self-care awareness and nursing dependency.
