Objective Analysis of the effectiveness of local skin flap surgery for facial skin tumors. Methods 100 patients with facial skin tumors admitted to our hospital from March 1 to December 3, 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine treatment, while the observation group received local skin flap surgery. The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were collected and analyzed. Results Both groups achieved certain results after treatment, but the postoperative satisfaction and facial repair effect of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in terms of facial color, function, and aesthetics. Meanwhile, the psychological state score of the observation group patients was lower than that of the control group, while the quality of life score was higher, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of local skin flap surgery in patients with facial skin tumors can achieve significant results, significantly improving their postoperative satisfaction, quality of life, and facial repair effects, improving their psychological state and reducing negative emotions. Has high application value.
